TWBC/KCC likely to bid with DEFRA - no direct role for Speldhurst Parish Council

Following recent clarifications from the DEFRA delegation at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and Kent County Council, it became clear that Speldhurst Parish Council has no active role to play in the funding bid process for DEFRA's Rural Community Broadband Fund. There will be a substantial update shortly to this website, clarifying organisational level roles and objectives to make the rather complex situation clearer to understand.

I for one embrace this clarity which is long overdue!
