This second one is relevant to a question I asked Liv Garfield (Openreach CEO) at Nextgen 12 on October 8th. "Why doesn't Openreach offer dark fibre to rural ISPs?", to which she said there was no demand For the record, Openreach does NOT provide dark fibre services, nor has it any intention to do so as it can charge more for managed IP transit services and control the market by doing so. Nothing different here ... let's all move along.
