Please check with the list of questions / answers below BEFORE posting your question. It may take a little time to respond to your post but we'll try to help as quickly as possible.

    Q. Sam Knows (https://reporting.samknows.com) does not recognise my password or let me in
    A. First, try using the MAC address of your unit (it's underneath on a sticker). If that doesn't work, click on the "Forgotten Password" link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Wink Q: How many Whiteboxes are LIVE and participating in the project?

A: As of 20th March 2012, 50 Active units, 3 Inactive, and 13 allocated but not yet active.

I will update this number fairly often, or if someone asks me to [SMILE].

    Q. Sam Knows (https://reporting.samknows.com) does not recognise my password/login

    A. First, try using the MAC address (all in UPPER CASE) of your whitebox unit (it's on a sticker, and on the box it came in). If that doesn't work, click on the "Forgotten Password" link and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Please don't contact Sam Knows about this, as the team in this Forum have promised them we'll resolve password issues!

The URL for Sam Knows reporting is:

The correct place for Q's & A's is now under the "FAQ" tab along from the "Forum" tab at the top level. In there you'll find an indexed, searchable list of topics which we hear frequently enough to justify their inclusion.

We're closing this thread now, as it's redundant.

    Enjoy!
