Question BDUK funding policy criticised by Kijoma

Posted by Broadband Expert on April 7th, here's a short piece that describes the difficult problem of understanding the available options to fill the "rural 3rd" or "final 9th" gap with fast broadband. There's no register of "alternative broadband suppliers" anywhere. What do you do? Google for an hour, a day, a week? What defines due diligence here?

It seems unlikely that Kijoma, an established wireless operator, was overlooked and more likely that they have been ignored as it would have scuppered the BDUK grant plans. Only my opinion of course, but you have a read and Google a few things and see what you think.
